There have been too many incredible, uplifting and fun moments to recount here now but having Jim Carrey come by and not one, not two, but three songs with us ranks in the uppermost for us. Thanks also to NFL linebacker (NY Giants, Philadelphia Eagles, Cincinnati Bengals) for dropping in last week and singing "Purple Rain" (sorry, no video...yet) and American Idol star Sanjaya Malakar performed Stevie Wonder's "Superstition."
Surf around our fantastic new website. We hope you get the same feeling of nostalgia we do for that wonderous era when R&R was king, reminiscing of those adolescent days when we all dreamed of being rock stars; and playing records, gazing at the album covers, memorizing the lyrics and singing or playing along were the happiest moments; and then going to your first concert and experiencing the sound, lights and energy together that gave a thrill like no other. It's from that place that it all comes together during the Arlene's World Famous show when the world-class band, singers and audience become one, and in its highest form a transcendent event.
